GMRI's Municipal Climate Action Program Manager, Gayle Bowness, will join mid-coast-based string quartet, Halcyon, for a dive into the impacts of sea-level rise on coastal and island communities. Halcyon cultivates environmental stewardship through music and the arts. Their immersive performance examines sea-level rise impacts on the communities of Vinalhaven, North Haven, and Rockland -- where Gayle has also facilitated resilience-planning efforts.
