New species of crabs have been introduced or are moving into the intertidal zones across the Gulf of Maine causing potential disruption to the ecosystem. We need more data to understand how these populations are changing and where they could have the greatest impact in the future.

Join the virtual educator session on Wednesday, September 23rd from 3:30 to 4:30 to discuss the research project, classroom resources, and how to get students involved in the Intertidal Crabs Community Science Project.
