Jillian Tolman

Jillian joined GMRI in September 2026 as the Donor Relations Manager. In this role, she is responsible for major and planned giving initiatives, connecting with donors through meetings, regional trips, and community events.

Jillian’s career in nonprofit development began at Hospice of Southern Maine, where she served as the Annual Fund and Events Coordinator and fell in love with local mission-driven work. Her impact led to a promotion to Development Strategist following the organization’s merger with Andwell Health Partners.

When she isn't building relationships for GMRI, you can find Jillian walking along Maine's beaches, boating with her dad in her hometown of Raymond, or checking out new restaurants in the Old Port.
