Kailin Parenteau

Finance Associate

Fully written bios (can mirror bios on our website): Kailin came to GMRI in March 2024 to help support the finance and budgeting activities for the Sponsored Projects Office following a long tenure as a finance specialist with IDEXX Laboratories.

Kailin earned her bachelor’s degree in 2012. As a lifelong learner, she has since earned a variety of professional certifications, including corporate finance and nonprofit management. She continues to pursue educational opportunities and is honored to belong to an organization that encourages curiosity and the pursuit of knowledge.

Kailin enjoys reading, movies, cooking, and spending time outdoors. Having returned to her native Maine SCUBA certified, she looks forward to exploring what lurks in the state’s beautiful lakes alongside her husband, getting her snowboard out of storage, and maybe convincing her dog that hiking is fun.
