4 PM–5:30 PM | Online | PrivateDelve into some tools from Liberating Structures and discuss applications with other CLE leaders. For folks in a CLE leadership role.
The primary goal of leading CLEs is to help your communities feel heard, seen, respected. This mindset and supporting actions build an environment where members want to contribute ideas, solve problems, network, stay engaged, and take action. This workshop will focus on actionable items to support that goal.
Workshop Objectives:
1. Collaborate and learn with other CLE educators.
2. Recognize and practice three Liberating Structure tools to support your facilitation.
3. Reflect and identify one tool you want to apply in a future CLE meeting.
A $100 stipend is available for participating in this workshop.
*This training has been designed for folks who are currently part of a CLE within the Learning Ecosystems Northeast network.
