The ā€œScienceā€ of Meetings - Structures: Part 2

Even if you missed Part 1, come join us as we will begin with a reinforcement of the PADS model and delve deeper into structural ways to engage others through polls, chat, breakouts, and well-thought-out questions.

In this interactive (virtual) workshop, we will:

  • connect & collaborate with other facilitators on enhancing CLE and other meetings.
  • reinforce the elements and purpose of an effective meeting format - PADSĀ©.
  • identify and discuss pros, cons, and tips for various engagement structures/tools.
  • identify and discuss the use of intentional questions as part of your meeting structure.
  • reflect and commit to apply your leanings to your meetings.

*This training has been designed for folks who are currently part of a CLE within the Learning Ecosystems Northeast network.

Our facilitator is Nancy Ansheles, M.Ed. and owner of Catalyst & Co. Nancy is based in Maine and provides coaching, facilitation, and learning programs in Maine and across the globe.
