Alyssa Artiano

Human Resources Director

Alyssa joined GMRI in October 2024, bringing a strong focus on employee experience and a blend of strategic vision and practical expertise. She is dedicated to enhancing organizational success through innovative talent management, engagement initiatives and cultivating a culture of inclusion. Before joining GMRI, Alyssa held HR leadership roles at Covetrus, Amazon, REI, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Outside of work, Alyssa cherishes her time by the ocean, whether walking her dog along the Eastern Promenade or embracing the invigorating practice of cold dipping to maintain resilience. As a certified yoga therapist, she understands the importance of balance and well-being, integrating these principles into her personal and professional life.
