Mike Hilleary

Mike first joined GMRI as Development Coordinator in September 2015 and has since been promoted to Development Operations specialist. In his role, he supports operational needs of the development team.

Prior to joining GMRI, Mike worked with the United Way of Greater Portland, where he developed an understanding of Maine's non-profit community. In his resource development position, Mike worked on building and maintaining relationships with community leaders and businesses, organizing speaking and special events, and understanding community needs.

Mike graduated from UCLA with a bachelor's degree in History in 2010. He also spent time studying abroad in Sweden, and interned at the Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum.

In his free time, you might find Mike kicking a soccer ball, enjoying a slice of pizza, or playing ping-pong with some friends.
