Lunch and Learn
Opening our doors to the public
On the first Thursday of each month, GMRI hosts a Lunch & Learn tour of our facility on the Portland waterfront where participants can learn more about our work and our role in the community.
This event focuses on:
- Providing the public with a glimpse into GMRI facilities and operations.
- Providing space for casual conversations between GMRI staff and the public.
- Collecting feedback from the public on how we can improve our efforts in the community.
This informal session — geared toward community leaders, supporters, and friends of GMRI — provides an introduction to our work and an opportunity to better understand GMRI's role in the community. Join us to hear the latest news about the Gulf of Maine, meet GMRI staff, and enjoy casual conversation over lunch.
